Terrible pies.. pasties and sausage rolls and all are yellow.. custard tart pastry was so hard.. wasted $25.00.. travelled Around australia and this was one of the worst..
Steak, bacon and cheese pies were highly rated by my son (went back for a second!). Had a sausage roll and apple turnover. Both fantastic. Classic good old Aussie country bakery. Will be back!!
Very tasty fresh baked pies, pastries and bread. Eat in or take away. Historic street with refurbished amenities and museum.

We weren't going to stop in Mt Morgan because it looks pretty small and a bit country. Google maps told us that the bakery was worth a look and it was spot on. The service was fun and friendly and the food great. The coffee was ok but not quite 5 stars for me. Definitely worth stopping.
